The young lady taking orders was SO RUDE! It was our first time there and we walked up to order and she was on her cell phone and doing something on the register for nearly 5 minutes with my wife and I staring at her. She finally looked up and rudely said, “go ahead”. If I hadn’t already had to PAY to park I would have just left. We ordered and never got any manners or so much as a slight smile. The food was mediocre and priced fairly. Other servers seemed a little nicer.

If I could give them zero stars I would.Really bad costumer service. When we got there someone greeted us and told us to sit down in one of the tables. I have two toddlers with me so we went and sat down and my husband got in the line to order. And right behind us there was a big family with children so another worker told us that we had to get up from the table since my husband was in the back of the line to order even tho we were there first. And they let the other family sat in the table. So pretty much they kick us out...

DeLosa’s serves New York-style pizza that is better than its touristy location would suggest. My family comes to Madeira every summer, and this used to be one of our favorite places to eat. However, it seems to have gone downhill in the last few years. The pizza is still decent, but not as great as it was when we first discovered it. It tends to be very busy, especially inside, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, depending on the time. With a place as crowded as John’s pass, the service is a bit impersonal. However, it is generally fine. You could do worse in terms of pizza, but there are better joints in the area.

I really can't put into words how awesome this pizza is! Prices seem fair...high for pizza, low for proximity to beach/boardwalk. So it balances out. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Very very short wait time and never a problem with my order. Take it from a local...you NEED DeLosa's pizza in your life.

I got the pizza and the garlic knots. The garlic knots were the best I’ve ever had. Pizza was good too but burnt on the bottom unfortunately. Still good just not as good as it would have been.
